The following Booking Terms and Conditions must be reviewed carefully as they constitute a binding agreement between the Customer and Provider.
There are no verbal or written representations of the Booking Terms & Conditions other than those expressed here. By Booking a Service with the Provider, you indicate your acceptance of these Booking Terms and Conditions as outlined.
PURPOSE: These Terms and Conditions are intended to clearly explain, outline, and establish the rules, terms, and conditions for purchasing any Service offered by the Provider.
DEFINITIONS

"Provider" (“me”, “I”, or “mine”) - refers to the akashasoulreadings.com website operated by Anya Schneider.

"Service" - any product offered by the Provider (Akashic Records Readings, Sessions, free resources, e-courses, etc).

"Customer" ("you" ) - a person who is using the Provider to purchase Services.

"Personal Data" - Customer's information necessary for providing the Service.

"Purchase" - a process of filling out a booking form, providing Personal Data, and making the payment for the Service.

"Report" - the digital PDF document, that is sent to a Customer, after Service is completed.
BOOKINGS
A contract with the Provider becomes effective on the date the Provider receives a Customer's booking form and/or payment. Payment indicates the Customer’s acceptance of the T&Cs outlined here.
An email confirming the booking will be automatically sent to a Customer’s provided email after the online booking form is completed.
CURRENCY
All prices displayed on this website are in AU dollars (Australian Dollars).
PAYMENTS & FEES
When you purchase one of the Services, you may pay by credit card. By doing so, you authorize the Provider to automatically charge your credit card for payment. You will receive an electronic receipt after your purchase, which you can keep for your records.
Additional fees that may be associated with payments include Credit card payments. The provider's payment processor (Stripe) charges a 2.9% fee on all transactions.
As with any online purchase, there are circumstances beyond the Provider's control that may compromise your credit card or payment method. The Provider is not liable or responsible for any of those circumstances.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Refunds will not be issued for services that have been paid for, as I may commence work on the customer's report at any time.
GIFT E-CERTIFICATES
Electronic gift certificates can be obtained through this website. After the Customer completes the booking form and makes the payment, an automated email containing the purchase confirmation and the gift e-certificate will be sent to the email address provided by the Customer.
The gift e-certificate can only be used by the individual specified by the customer in the booking form at the time of purchase. If the Customer wants to change the designated person, they must contact the Provider and provide updated information about the new recipient.
The Gift E-Certificate is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Unused values will not be refunded or credited to any transactions after the expiry date.
Once purchased, the Gift E-Certificate is non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash or credit.
PRIVACY
All information provided by the customer is necessary to complete the service. The provider will not disclose any personal information to any other party without the customer's consent.
DISCLAIMER
The Customer understands that an Akashic Records reading is solely for informational purposes. All information is open to your own interpretation. You are responsible for your own life choices and decisions. By purchasing an Akashic Records reading, you agree that any information provided does not constitute or substitute for legal, psychological, financial, medical, or business advice.
