  • "Provider" (“me”, “I”, or “mine”) - refers to the akashasoulreadings.com website operated by Anya Schneider.

  • "Service" - any product offered by the Provider (Akashic Records Readings, Sessions, free resources, e-courses, etc).

  • "Customer"  ("you" ) - a person who is using the Provider to purchase Services.

  • "Personal Data" - Customer's information necessary for providing the Service.

  • "Purchase" - a process of filling out a booking form, providing Personal Data, and making the payment for the Service.

  • "Report" - the digital PDF document, that is sent to a Customer, after Service is completed.

By using the Provider, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy, unless otherwise specified in this Privacy Policy.

 

Terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as those in the Terms & Conditions.​

DATA COLLECTION  FOR SERVICES/PRODUCTS

​

When the customer purchases a service, they will be asked to provide their details, which are necessary for executing the service. These details are used solely for accessing the customer's Akashic Records. The documents are kept secure while in the possession of the provider and are deleted once the reading is complete.

The required details may vary for specific Services:

​

  •  Soul Essence Reading / Cosmic Soul Origin / Chakra Balancing Reading

    - Full legal name at birth
    - Current full legal name  (if changed since birth)
    - Date of birth
    - Place of birth (country, city)
     

  •  Soul Relationship Reading

    Details are collected from a Customer and other person in the relationship:

    - Full legal name at birth
    - Current full legal name  (if changed since birth)
    - Date of birth
    - Place of birth (country, city)
    - Type of relationship (spouse, boyfriend/girlfriend, family member, child, co-worker, business partner, friend, etc)
     

  • Child Soul Reading

    - Customer's (Parent /Legal Guardian) current full legal name
    - Child's full legal name at birth
    - Child's current full legal name (if changed since birth)
    - Child's date of birth
    - Child's place of birth (country, city)
     

  • Home Energy Clearing Reading

    - Customer's current full legal name  
    - Type of property (house, unit, land, business, etc)
    - Type of Customer's rights for this property (ownership or rent)
    - Full official address of the property

Information disclosed in the Akashic Reading report is not shared with any third parties.

OTHER DATA COLLECTION 

​

When a Customer signs up for a free e-course, product/service, or newsletter, the following details will be collected: name, surname, email, and contact number.
 

These details are used to send the Customer the specific information they sign up for. The Provider may also use the Customer's personal data to contact the Customer with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials, and other information that may be of interest to the Customer. The Customer has the option to stop receiving any or all of these communications from the Provider by clicking the unsubscribe link or following the instructions provided in any email sent by the Provider. The Customer's information will be deleted from the system shortly.

PAYMENTS

​

The Provider uses third-party services for payment processing (e.g. payment processors). The Provider will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to the third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy. These payment processors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of payment information.

CHILDREN PRIVACY
 

The Provider's services do not cater to individuals under the age of 18 ("children"). I do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Children have provided me with Personal Data, please contact me. If I become aware that I have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, I take steps to remove that information from our servers.

CHANGES TO PRIVACY POLICY

The Provider may update the Privacy Policy from time to time. Provider will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.

The Provider will inform you via email and/or a prominent notice on the Service, before the change becomes effective and update the “effective date” at the top of this Privacy Policy.​

 

You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
